1.2 It is essential to note that while our personnel, referred to as handymen, possess a breadth of experience across multiple tasks, they do not hold formal qualifications in any specific domain of work. Exercise caution and do not presume their proficiency in specialised tasks unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
1.3 It is only the right of the customer once deposit payment has been made to make a complaint about quality of works completed.  These works will either be rectified or a partial refund offered or reduction in labour costs only! These terms are agreed upon work commencing for or on behalf of a client.
1.4 Please note you agree as a customer of JG Trades from the commencement of works to make any complaint in writing within 7 days of work being completed for any unsatisfactory works and agree that failure to do so will result in your (the customer) indemnifying JG Trades from any and all claims. 
1.5 (Extract from UK Legislation) Under the UK's Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to expect services to be performed with "reasonable care and skill". If the workmanship is poor, you are entitled to ask the trader to fix the issue, and if they cannot or will not, you can claim a price reduction or a refund. You should first contact the trader directly to give them the opportunity to correct the problem.
1.6 Please note that unless stipulated in writing the standard of work is subject to the material quality, tools available to us, time constraints and general ability and not to any set standards.
